The Association organizes every year, from September to November, an exhibition dedicated exclusively to the theme of nature and the environment. Other cultural activities are organized during the year: conferences, seminars, workshops, study and research groups. It focuses on initiatives that enhance the relationship between artists and the public, contributing to a creative revitalisation of the local area. It also aims at collaborating with similar Institutions in Italy and abroad.

ARTISTIC DIRECTOR Since 2006 Marisa Vescovo, critic and art historian, has been the Artistic Director of the Association. From the 1970s until today she has curated numerous exhibitions around the world and written many books on contemporary art. For 25 years she has taught Phenomenology of Contemporary Art at the Art Academy of Genoa and curated the artistic program of the Palazzo Bricherasio Foundation  in Turin. In 1984 and 1986 she also curated the prestigious Venice Biennale with Maurizio Calvesi. Today she is the Artistic Director of the IGAV (Istituto Garuzzo per le Arti Visive) for which she organized five shows in China, Korea and Russia.
