The apartment (80 sq m) has double front-and-back access to the Mediterranean garden and the historic garden and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view that extends to the Adriatic Sea.

The ground floor features a sitting room with kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a double bedroom (also twin) and a second bedroom with two single beds. There are also two travertine marble bathrooms on the landing, one with a tub and shower and the other, smaller, with a shower. The entire space is coloured in cream and blue.
